1. Final Sale Policy
All purchases made through Velo Hub are considered final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or explicitly stated in this policy.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

- Accidental or duplicate orders
Customers are solely responsible for reviewing all product details, specifications, and compatibility before completing a purchase.
2. Exceptions – Defective or Incorrect Items
Notwithstanding the above, you may be eligible for a remedy if the product:
- Is defective due to manufacturing fault
- Has been damaged during shipping
- Is materially different from what was ordered
In such cases, Velo Hub reserves the right to:
- Investigate and verify the claim
- Request supporting evidence
- Determine the appropriate resolution (refund, replacement, or store credit)
3. Customer Duty to Inspect
The customer must inspect the product immediately upon delivery.
Any claim regarding defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim, except where prohibited by law.
4. Claims Process

Incomplete claims may not be processed.
5. Refund Eligibility & Resolution
If a claim is approved, Velo Hub will provide one of the following remedies at its sole discretion:

- Replacement product (subject to availability)
- Store credit
Refunds will:
- Be issued to the original payment method only
- Exclude any non-refundable transaction fees where permitted by law
Velo Hub reserves the right to refuse claims that show signs of:
- Misuse
- Unauthorized modifications
- Normal wear and tear
6. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable, except in cases of verified defects:
- Custom or personalized products
- Used, worn, or altered items
- Items not in original condition or packaging
- Clearance, discounted, or promotional items
- Digital products and gift cards
7. Shipping & Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery.
If damage occurs during shipping, claims must be supported with clear evidence of:

8. Refund Processing Time

Additional delays may occur depending on:
