14-Day Return Window
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

Unworn or unused.

With tags and in its original packaging.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at velohub.store@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Note: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
We stand firmly behind our craftsmanship. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

Resolution: Once verified via photographs, we will process a full refund or a free replacement without any additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
